Kick Thai Boxing
This is a high energy, aerobic form of Martial Art. No forms (patterns) are performed, so this makes it a simpler form of Martial Art for the beginner to learn.

It is an excellent programme for Bums, Tums and Thighs, and we have a large membership of ladies, perhaps for this reason! Gents, don't be left behind - develop those abs! Drink a barrel - but develop the six-pack! Bags and pads are used for developing punching skills and upper body strength. Sparring is safe and controlled. Emphasis is on technique and skill. Many students train in Kick Thai Boxing and compliment it with other disciplines such as Taekwondo and Kung Fu.
