Grandmaster Vohra 8th Dan is holding a series of one day seminars at his Academy in Nottingham.

They are open to all instructors, black belts and graded students of all martial arts, everywhere!

As a special introductory offer, we are reducing the cost so that everybody has a chance participate.(see full details below.)

Registration 10.30 am. 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. training. Break for lunch from 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. Then continue training from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. PLEASE CHECK AND BOOK FOR AVAILABLITY TO THE COURSES, AS DATES MAY BE ALTERED DUE TO OTHER EVENTS WE ARE RUNNING.

breathing and meditation techniques.
